Our StoryMy passion for cooking started at a young age in many kitchens- my mom’s, my paw paw’s & gong gong (grandmother/grandfather in Chinese), and even my childhood friend’s mother! I watched each of them for hours and later found myself trying to recreate dishes from scratch that I tried at restaurants. Coming from a Chinese and Hawaiian background, enjoying good food and making things came naturally. After years of training and a dream (yes, a real dream), I opened my first restaurant.At my restaurant, I wanted to share with others authentic and "ono" (delicious in Hawaiian) food from the Hawaiian Islands to the SF Bay Area. News spread about "da ono grindz" (the delicious food or eats in Hawaiian) and soon I was able to open another location.Now, you know what ono grindz means… let me share more about our products.
